The New Year is almost here, which means it is time to look back on all that we’ve accomplished, overcame, and, yes, also what we’ve screwed up over the last year. For me, 2014 has been a pretty good year overall. I wrote a best-selling eBook about gelatin, beat h. pylori, watched my oldest daughter graduate from high school, and moved halfway across the world to Dubai, to name just a few.
One of the best parts of the has been sharing my health journey with you all and hearing your comments on the blog and Facebook, Twitter and Google +.
