Paleo mashed cauliflower is a great side dish to any meat when you want some filling comfort food.

What you will need:


  1. Wash, cut and steam the cauliflower.
  2. Mash in a pot.
  3. Add 1/4 cup ghee.
  4. Add 2 tsp. salt.
  5. Add pepper to taste.
