Hey guys! Just a quick note to let you know I’m on today’s episode of the Balanced Bites Podcast!
Not sure how they let me sneak in 😉
Don’t know what the Balanced Bites Podcast is? In case you’re new to paleo, this is one my absolute fave podcasts, in addition to being one of the funniest which in my book is super important.
Diane and Liz talk about topics related to the paleo and primal lifestyle, like adrenal fatigue, autoimmunity, exercise, digestion, gluten, and more. It is hosted by Diane Sanfilippo, who is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and the author of the best-selling book Practical Paleo and Liz Wolfe, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and author of Eat the Yolks.
Liz and I talked about unschooling, managing work/life balance, entrepreneurship, and of course The Gelatin Secret and The Paleo Survival Guide.

Hi Sylvie, I just discovered your blog by listening to the Balanced Bites podcast…I really resonated with everything you said: We are unschoolers, and use a Paleo template, and we are budding entrepreneurs. I especially loved hearing your take on transitioning kids to Paleo. I have struggled with this SO much. We were doing great for a while, and the kids have grown a lot with food choices. My problem is that when I started the unschooling route, I felt like I was controlling them by taking away their favorite foods and not letting them make their own choices, so I became inconsistent. Now, it’s a struggle more than ever to get my youngest (8) to eat anything real without a fit. I was definitely encouraged by hearing your no nonsense approach to this, and am ready to (gently) dig my heals in once again. Thanks for taking the time to do what you do.
