So, what is the Paleo Survival Guide all about anyway?

I created this paleo diet guide for people that don’t have the time to spend hours scouring the web for answers to their questions on how to get started with paleo, how to survive birthday parties where junk food is abundant, what to do when you’re sick… what about sleep and exercise… All the questions you all have been asking on my Facebook page and here on my blog.

I wanted to server it to you on a platter.  A pretty platter. 🙂
