If you follow me on Facebook you may have heard me mention the 21 Day Sugar Detox by Diane Sanfilippo.
I wrote about it last year when I did it in this post.
Lately I’ve let stress (from my hectic day job, my kids, the blog) get to me and especially during recipe developing for a cooking class and my new ebook about gelatin, the treats have gotten a bit out of hand!
So, its time for me to go through another detox to reset my tastebuds and habits.
If you’re not familiar with the program, you can get the guides HERE.
I would love for you to join me! I am starting today, Wednesday July 24th until Tuesday August 13th. I will share recipes on FB that are 21 DSD friendly and will post photos of what I’m eating as often as I can.
I will be doing level 3. If you’re new to Paleo I would recommend level 1 or 2 to start. You can always go to level 3 next time!
I’ve got some Strawberry Kombucha ready to get me thru the evenings where I’d love a glass of wine (8oz of Kombucha per day are allowed on the program). Also, I’ve got green apples on hand for the allowed daily apple which was a lifesaver last time around! And I will make sure to have carrots on hand and some sweet potatoes for the days I’m more active since I know I don’t do very well when I go too low carb…
So, who’s in? Comment below and come say hi on Facebook!

Hi! I just found your site and based on everything I’ve read and seen so far, I love it! However, I just wanted to let you know that I’m having some issues when trying to browse through your recipes. When I click on the recipes tab, it shows me the first page (ending with the arugula pesto recipe), but when I click on any page number, it brings me to an article or a recipe, not a new page with a list of recipes. For example, when I clicked on page two, it brought me to this, which is why I’m commenting here. Since this is the first time I’ve been to your site, I don’t know how it normally works, or if it always does this. However, since your recipes tab indicates that you have several pages of recipes, my guess is that there’s more to see than the few on the first page (which look delicious, by the way).
Just thought I’d let you know. Hopefully, if it is a problem, it isn’t too difficult to fix!
Thank you so much Hadley! I’ll let my developer know! I had no idea 🙂 Really appreciate it.
