Hi Sylvie! I’m a wannabe Argie from Canada – I lived in Córdoba as an exchange student half my life ago and still miss it. Now I know why I liked beef so much better in Argentina – it’s the grass! (And the chimichurri!) Thank you for bringing this to my kitchen!
Hi Karen,

Sylvie
Ha ha! My husband would marry me all over again if I could make him paleo empanadas!
Ha! Awesome!
Saw your post on Paleo Parent’s and i’d love to try your chimichurri sauce! Looks so delicious!
Awesome Jenny! Thank you!
What is EVOO, AIP and 21DSD?
Nati said she looooves the salad you make with chimichurri. Send me the recipe. I never had it with salad.
Just chop chicken, lettuce, add chimichurri- that’s about it! It more of a “whatever is in the fridge” salad.
EVOO= extra virgin olive oil
AIP= autoimmune protocol of the paleo diet
21 DSD= 21 Day Sugar detox
